Budget rig for Canon EOS T7?

Hi! My dad recently gave me his old Canon EOS T7 as he just bought a newer camera. I'd like to make a simple rig out of it. Again I really don't need anything complex, just a basic budget setup to get nature photos and maybe a little video. Unfortunately I need a new lens for it as well, so that and also a tripod are at the top of my priority list. I'd very much appreciate suggestions, thank you!
